The Vulcain light talks about man's interest with fire. Its body in carbonized strong beech summons the appearance of trees consumed in a magma stream, utilizing an antiquated Japanese method which delivers the wood waterproof. When exposed to warm, the wood breaks, darkens, smokes, transforms. Destructive fire makes reestablishment, designing a savage sort of beauty. Table lamp with base in debris, blowtorched on the outside and left normal in the inside of the 'crater'. Black material cable.
