Amoebe was made by Verner Panton in 1970 for his well known Visiona establishment, which incorporated a few variants of this parlor piece. It epitomizes the rich soul of the mid 1970s. Thanks to its upholstered surfaces and the adaptable back shell, Amoebe offers a high degree of comfort. The Amoebe Highback adaptation of the seat has an adaptable backrest that bends over the top of the sitter, shaping a sculptural canopy.
